Welcome World!

Welcome to Honest Mom Moments where I will share my parenting ups and downs.  I'll share about everything from teething to potty training to sweet baby kisses to wanting to throw said baby out the window.  I'll be totally honest, because I think people deserve a realistic view of motherhood.  For me, it's definitely not all fun and games.  There are moments when I want to lock my kids in their rooms and leave the house for a few hours.  Of course, common sense (and a fear of DFCS) keeps me from doing that, but the desire is there all the same.  And there are times when I love my kids so much that I almost can't stand it. 

So here's my family:

I'm Amanda, the mom.  That handsome man beside me is my husband, Kyle.  The cute little girl, Isabelle, will be three in August, and that chunky monkey in Kyle's lap, Josh, turned one in April.  Kyle and I are both 27 and have been married for five years and parents for almost three, so we are by no means experts at this marriage or parenting thing--we're just bumbling our way through and hoping not to mess up our kids too much!
